301 Stagg Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

This week’s “Throwback Thursday” highlighted 301 Stagg Street.
This building in Williamsburg was built in 1920. It has 2 stories and 1 unit. It was made of brick and had not been made over in many years. There is no exciting story to accompany this project.
This building was refurbished 301 Stagg Street in East Williamsburg into the “
American Architectural Window Guard Factory.” Apparently, they are the largest supplier of aluminum child window guards for the NYCHA and various other building management companies. So, the grandeur here is this building produces a product whose sole purpose is to keep children safe.
That itself is a great project to be a part of!
