The design for this 12-story, 53-unit new residential building in the DUMBO neighborhood in Brooklyn successfully addressed the architectural challenges associated with close proximity to the Manhattan Bridge. The prefabricated exterior wall system was engineered to provide a high sound attenuation rating to minimize train noise from the bridge.
