13 East 47th Street – Commercial Renovation

Located in Midtown Manhattan, the project at 13 East 47th Street transforms a previously vacant commercial space into a vibrant bar and social venue. The design focuses on maximizing functionality within a compact urban footprint while creating an inviting and dynamic interior environment.

A key architectural intervention is the introduction of a mezzanine level, which expands the usable floor area without altering the existing building envelope. By utilizing the vertical space, the mezzanine accommodates back-of-house, storage, and kitchen areas.
