It has 2 stories and 1 unit. It was made of brick and had not been made over in many years. There is no exciting story to accompany this project.<br \/>\nThis building was refurbished 301 Stagg Street in East Williamsburg into the \u201c<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/sentrywindowguards.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Architectural Window Guard Factory<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">.\u201d Apparently, they are the largest supplier of aluminum child window guards for the NYCHA and various other building management companies.
