Eugene joined Scarano Architect, PLLC in 2002 and focuses on residential & mixed use developments.

He has been involved in competitions & graphic works at his former employers, A. Toledano Architects & I.D. Architects of Israel. He also was involved in the development of low-rise dwelling districts and in 2000 was among the winners of a "New Student Dormitories" design competition in Haifa, Israel.

Over the years he has employed many interns and young designers. His patience and his gift forseeing potential in his staff have made him an admired mentor and, in turn, have assisted himin the development of a unique architectural practice.

He is skilled in various graphic & presentation techniques & is fluent in Russian, English, Italian & Hebrew.
